Every time I am involved in training new Principals, I have a renewed sense of awe in how our international developmental drama programme truly impacts the lives of our students. Developing confidence and communication skills, as well as providing a creative outlet where our students can express themselves in an unintimidating and nurturing environment, is truly empowering in the lives of young people.
